One of my friends once said, "Love is great. Relationships suck." I don't know how true this is.
Love is great. You can be walking along, and poof, there it is and you feel wonderful. See, you don't really have control over love. It just happens.
Relationships are a lot harder because both people have to have that love thing hit them, and of course, with relationships, you have to make decisions. It's that decision thing that always throws people. Most people aren't good at it.
Not only do you have to make decisions as to how to keep the relationship going, you have to make decisions as to if you want to keep the relationship going. That's probably one of the hardest things to do. When it comes to relationships, one in the hand is not necessarily worth two in the bush. (Two meaning better, not two relationships, people) One of the best words of wisdom I've heard on this subject is this: "You'll never know if you've found the perfect person for you, but you will know when the person you're with is not the right one."
